The Rezidence OSTROVNI is a new, in 2009 opened apartment house downtown Prague, by the National Theatre; it originated by reconstruction of a neoclassic city house known as the House at Chimneysweepers. 800m² offer 10 gracious, air-conditioned rental apartments with three different layouts: Studio Apartment, One-Bedroom Apartment and Two-Bedroom Apartment, situated on 4 floors, and fabulous Stone Hall with a catering facility on the second subterranean floor.

On the ground floor there is the Residence office and reception desk and guests have the opportunity to use its administration support.

The Rezidence OSTROVNI apartments are built as rental ones due to their location - very downtown, a short walk to the tourist sites, close for travel to other parts of Prague, however, in a quite street without any typical city noise - the apartments are quiet, which considering their location is quite amazing. They are fully furnished and equipped with every modern technology including free WiFi and they can be rented for both short and long term stays.

The apartments are suitable for both corporate clients on their business trips as well as individuals clients and they can also serve as a comfortable accommodation for the residents’ guests. To ensure convenience of a long term rentals, the apartments are equipped with individual metre readers.

The Residence has modern lifts and fulfils high requirements as part of the surrounding architecture.
